I Love Food Again Inc. (herein referred to as "I Love Food Again!" or "we") provides gluten-free food to customers across Canada and select other countries, and has a responsibility to protect each customer's information and to provide the best services available. All customers of I Love Food Again! are subject to the following terms and conditions:
INDEMNIFICATION POLICY:
You agree to use all I Love Food Again! services and facilities at your own risk. I Love Food Again! specifically disclaims all warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall I Love Food Again! be liable for any loss, or lawsuit, including but not limited to special, incidental, consequential or other damages. You as our customer agree that you shall defend, indemnify, save and hold I Love Food Again! harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable attorney's fees asserted against I Love Food Again!, its agents, its customers, officers and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold. Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless I Love Food Again! against liabilities arising out of the use of our service, or any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed in connection with I Love Food Again!
SHIPPING HOURS AND CUT-OFF TIMES:
Our shipping department is open Monday through Friday 9 AM to 5 PM Mountain Standard Time. ORDERS CONFIRMED BEFORE 11:00 AM MST during normal business hours will be shipped within 2 business days. ORDERS CONFIRMED AFTER 11:00 AM MST will be shipped the following within 3 business days.
BILLING & REFUND INFORMATION:
I Love Food Again! bills either one-time, or recurring subscriptions, depending upon the plan the customer signs up for. If there are any problems with your order within the first 14 days we would agree to provide you with a full refund, provided the order is returned for our staff to confirm the problem.
We accept Visa, Master Card, or American Express through Paypal for either one-time or reoccurring payments. We also accept Bank Transfers directly through Scotia Bank for one-time purchases. Their are no fixed contract periods for reoccurring subscriptions, however I Love Food Again! will automatically recharge you as long as your subscription remains active. Subscriptions can be cancelled or amended automatically via our website at any point prior to the current period's shipment date.
UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS:
In the event your order is returned to our warehouse as undeliverable, unclaimed or refused, our staff will contact you via email or phone to try and correct the problem. You will be required to pay additional shipping costs. If the package is returned after a second attempt, you may be asked to use a different shipping address. You may also cancel your order. Cancelled orders will be refunded minus all shipping fees.

While I Love Food Again! makes every attempt to only list gluten-free products, I Love Food Again! depends of the manufacturer to provide accurate information, and therefore we do not verify that all products are gluten-free. In any case where there is a discrepancy between the information listed on I Love Food Again!'s website and the product's packaging or manufacturer's website, the manufacturer provided information should be considered correct.
